1. Ticket Purchase Period:  

• Participants choosing to purchase tickets via bank transfer must complete the payment to the designated bank account provided upon registration.
• Once the bank transfer is completed, participants are required to send a confirmation of payment (e.g., a bank receipt) to our designated email address within 24 hours.
• Upon receipt of the payment confirmation, a ticket confirmation email will be sent to the participant.

2. Reservation and Hold Period: 

• A table reservation will be held for up to 48 hours (2 days) from the time the payment confirmation is received.
• If the payment confirmation is not received within 24 hours of the ticket purchase initiation, the reservation will be automatically released.

3. Release of Reservation:

• If payment is not confirmed within the stipulated 48-hour period, the reserved table will be released, and the tickets will be made available to other participants.
• Participants who fail to complete the payment within the hold period will need to initiate a new ticket purchase request.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• Once tickets are purchased, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances. All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

5. Liability:

• The organizer is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect bank details or delays in bank processing.
• Participants are advised to verify their bank transfer details and ensure timely payment to avoid any inconvenience.
